The undersigned owner or authorized representative of the above property grants The Creative Breakdown LLC and its clients, licensees, and assigns the right to enter, film, photograph, and record the property in connection with the above-referenced production. Owner grants the right to use such footage and images in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity. Owner releases all parties from any liability or claims arising from use of the property's image, name, or appearance in the production.
