TERMS & CONDITIONS
Under the terms of this Project Order/Statement of Work, The Creative Breakdown LLC shall provide the goods, materials, and services as agreed between the parties for the price set forth in the Total Fee above. The Total Fee shall be payable to The Creative Breakdown LLC in three installments: (i) 50% of the Total Fee payable prior to the commencement of any services (the “Production Fee”), (ii) 25% of the Total Fee payable upon the end of the final production day (the “Production Completion Fee”), and (iii) 25% of the Total Fee payable upon final delivery of all video assets (the “Completion Fee”).

If Contracting Client cancels this Project Order/Statement of Work at any time before services have commenced, Contracting Client shall pay The Creative Breakdown LLC for any and all expenses and fees incurred up to the time of cancellation. If Contracting Client cancels this Project Order/Statement of Work after execution, Contracting Client shall pay The Creative Breakdown LLC the amounts in accordance with the following schedule:

More than 7 days before commencement of services	
50% of Total Fee
7 days or fewer before commencement of services	
100% of Total Fee

Any requests for additional goods, materials, or services beyond those listed in this Project Order/Statement of Work will require the Contracting Client’s prior written approval or an additional Project Order/Statement of Work signed by the Contracting Client. All rates are based upon a 10-hour day unless specified otherwise. The Contracting Client agrees that both written (email, text, etc.) and verbal approval of overages shall constitute full approval to exceed the project total, and the Contracting Client is responsible for all charges related to the project. Any necessary overtime incurred may be added to the Total Fee. The term of this Project Order begins on the date of signature and ends upon completion of the project.
